While any of us who has worked in the service industry can relate to dealing with rude customers at the same time we don't know how he initially acted to this woman. What if he was very aggressive and rude to her to start out?

And when he loses an on-topic argument, which is 100% of the time, he often responds by saying my plays are stupid. In their (sort-of) defense, I guess I kind of make myself a target with my spirited posts, but I know for sure that if anyone had posted like that about anyone but me they would have been banned for sure.
Back on topic: The guy should receive a fine to pay for the damage (which will be easy for him to handle with all the income his new celebrity should bring) and maybe get an easy probation. He didn't put anybody in danger and he didn't cause any damage except a moderate financial one. So let him pay for it and let him be on his merry way to the talk show and maybe reality show circuit. He's earned it. No jury in the land would convict him; we've all had days like his. And I and millions of Americans applaud and envy his brilliant version of "Take This Job and Shove It."
