I've never heard of someone willing to spend $765 but not $775 for a tv. No offense, I know you want to make as much as you can, but a $10 drop is pretty insignificant. Your goal should be to drop the price enough so that a person who wasn't interested before is now interested. If it were me selling the tv, I'd try my luck at $725.
Why are you wasting your time trying to sell it here? Put the tv on craigslist and it will sell withing a day or two. Just be wary of the bargain-hounds that will try to offer half of what you ask...
I assume this is what you're selling: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889005085 Only $70 more from a reputable company with free shipping with a return policy and guarantees that it hasn't been opened/scratched/messed with by yourself. You're going to have to lower your price point quite a bit, even if you consider it "brand new".
That is exactly what I'm selling and yes mine is Brand New in box unopened, and I can guarentee that mine has never been touched or scratched or close to opened. There is a one-year manufacturer's warranty on the item anyhow, so nothing to worry about. Besides the fact that you'll know where I live and sleep when you come to pick it up. That price is listed now as $70.00 more than mine Pre-Tax, which means you'll need to add at least another $60 on top of that for their final price. So that is $130.00 more than my price and of course you'll have to wait a certain amount of time to receive it where as mine you can pick it up today. If you'd rather spend $130.00 more, then go for it absolutely.
They always say that but I like my 1080p TV. It's only 40" but the Sony Bravia engine makes it look great!
I've watched the 1080 and the 720 version of this LG, there's not any discernable difference to the eye. I have this TV already, and I'm selling this second one which again is brand new, never used in-box. This will be gone in the next few days, so if anyone is has real interest please let me know soon.
How long have you had the TV? Curious to know since manufacturer's warranty applies for 1 year after date of purchase.
