    LA has pretty much owned SD the past few years, the only reason I remotely care who wins is I want the tougher matchup for the Dodgers.

    Well, yeah, and Machado's pretty much a dickbag too (eta: I forgot about Manaea). But the Mets are the Mets, and I can't really actively root for good things to ever happen to them.

    They good guy Chris Bassitt today, opposing Musgrove. Easy choice for me given who the starters are.

    There are games where I wish for mutually assured destruction. Like Cubs vs any other team I hate.

    This pretty much holds true to every game not involving the Astros during the playoffs.

    Showalter just made them check.. they cleared him.. but it is weird his numbers and spin rates way up and his ears way sweatier than the rest of his skin, but they cleared him so whatevs..

    He took off his hat, then moved his shoulder up to wipe his ear while the ups were chatting. His ear also wasn't as shiny this inning so I bet he was told that his shiny ear is all over twitter before this inning so he had already wiped most of it off.

    That was just Showalter being the jackass that he's always been.

    **** with the pitcher who's got a good rhythm going? Why not? If I'm Musgrove (**** him too) I'd drill somebody in the ass before this game is over (if the situation presented itself)
