Can you say over training?

You'd be amazed at the results you'd get if you cut back some on the cardio and mixed in some weight training.

Yea, we got the time to hear the story, drapg. I mean it is a HOLIDAY weekend after all!

 

drapg, you sound like Steve Carell in The 40 Year Old Virgin... and I mean that in a good way.

 

He saran wraps the seats and scrubs everything else down with rubbing alcohol or ammonia...

I think he uses some of those towels. I think he drapes them over the seats before he sits down.

 

Maybe he covers his entire body in clothing and wears gloves so he doesn't touch anything?

I don't share your view, but I fully respect your aversion to germs.

However, I come from a working environment that places overwhelming emphasis on safety As such I cannot sit idly by and ignore this dangerous behaviour. PLEASE wear a seatbelt. Surely you can find a solution that protects your seatbelt as well as you?
