Damn, the only people who pack that much are women.

I also don't wear seatbelts, just cause I don't like em. I wanna be killed quickly in the event of an accident.

I've never got a ticket in Houston while not wearing a seatbelt. Plus I spend alot of time in areas where they don't have these unjust laws.

Yeah, I used to know one of the guys at one of the corners pretty well. If I drove by we'd talk, and I bumped into him at the gas station a few times and he was pretty cool.

Anyhow, he had said that they pay like 5 cents per copy of the newspaper, so he'll sell them for any amount of money people have. Most of those folks are homeless -- after they sell the papers, they move to a different corner and panhandle.

I suddenly feel like a slacker being content just to listening to only the mp3 player. And if I'm doing cardio, I might flip through a magazine if there are no hot girls to watch.

My gym doesn't have any tv's, so I can't watch Sportscenter there. :(

Or at least wounded enough to be in traction and a wheelchair for the rest of your life?

I would think the only way to guarantee quick death in a car is to take out your brakes and go 80 mph.

Im fine with only my mp3 player...they have captioning turned on so if there is something on tv worth hearing...I can read it instead.

A gym bag or backpack? Not that hard to put all that in a bag. When I go to the gym I usually take weight-lifting gloves, a towel, sometimes my cd player, several magazines, sometimes school books if I plan on going right after class. All of that is equal to what you carry and it all fits in my backpack. But hey, if you want to potentially die in a car crash instead of wearing a seat belt then you go ahead man. Just realize you only live once...

I don't know, I kinda have the ability to turn it on and off, and I only tend to be a 'germophobe' around my own stuff, always wiping and cleaning it. However, I don't think it can be qualified as a 'disease' in my case, more like a 'neatness' issue, or so I tell myself. At least I don't think I am on the extreme end of things. I am not 'neat' all the time, only around my personal belongings :)

Use a bicycle and a pannier rack and bags. Park it on the sidewalk and don't worry about getting your new SUV scratched/dented/dirty/sweaty/germy.

I bicycled into work with all that stuff and a change of clothes. I even went grocery shopping on bicycles, routinely carrying gallons of milk/water and food in my pannier bags. If you're going to be doing 3-4 hours of cardio (  ) anyway, it just seems like a waste to drive a Hummer to a gym that's only 2 miles away.

I think we all agree drapg needs to have his own sitcom. if I didn't know better, i'd say the guy was doing a spot on impression of George Costanza.

I love how this thread is derailed. :D

I have a friend couple whose teenage daughter is a germophobia freak, especially when it comes to using public restroom.

They say daughter is extremely reluctant to use the restrooms in her schools -- she'd rather hold it if she can and wait until she gets home.

When traveling on the road, they have portable toilets on their van for their daughter's need.

I can't imagine to have a kid like that.

One observation (or question), do most hygienic freaks have skinny/lean physiques?

Why would a confirmed germaphobe go to a public gym and use machines that others have sweat all over?

Thats really cool. I'm gonna start buying a Post a little more often now. I dig the sports section anyway, I can mock Beltran a bit.

    Drapg,

Do you fear promiscuous women who wear slippers that are bacteria traps?
