More like we have to rebuild because we put all of our hopes on a known quitter (T-Mac) and a 7'6" 300+lb guy, both of whom are known injury risks.

    Yeah....all Ron's fault.

This team is going to have a very hard time being competitive because as you can see, all the free agents know this team is going to be down next year without Yao and T-Mac. And in the Western Conference, unless you win 50 games, you do not make the playoffs. So, while Ron is going on to contend for a championship, well either be counting ping pong balls or if we are very lucky, T-Mac and Ariza will be getting knocked out of the first round again, this time by Ron and Co.

I don't know about the Rockets management. But this board had extremely high expectations on Ron last year. Lots of people thought he was our savior. Heck, even now, there are still some people who think that Artest had done what TMac and Yao couldn't do. He was supposed to be one of the "Big Three." That's high expectations in my book.

I had said from the very beginning that Artest's offense was grossly overrated by a lot of posters here. What I didn't know was how much his defense had declined.

I thought that post of mine was full of sarcasm.
