I don't have a place to bake. All I have is a microwave and fridge. I will get some of the Uncle Ben's though, I didn't think about using the microwave.
Look since your at UT I can give you some tips. You always have time to eat provided you manage you time well. I use to block my schedule out so that all my classes were on MWF. I was at class from 9-5 pretty much. I always ate breakfast. Oatmeal and scrambled eggs. I would take a sandwich with me that I prepared the night before. If I had nothing prepared I made a peanut butter and Jelly. Used Organic ingrediants always. I hade the benefit of living on w.Campus so sometime I would walk home and eat something else. I made sure though that I cooked something for dinner that I could use for three days straight. This way I had something ready and devote more time to studying. Occasionally I had a slice of pizza but made sure it was cheese only. I also had a trail mix snack that i brought from home. You should have plenty of time to eat provided you prepare. If I could do it anyone else can. Edit: Just read your comments. If you have the cash I suggest you go to HEB and buy a pre-baked chicken. Eat everything but the skin. Also, Central Market on Lamar has excellent cooked items in the deli area that you can nuke at home. It's pricey though. A current staple in my diet that I used in college was a tuna salad i made with organic Albcombre tuna, 1 celery stick, 1 small tomatoe diced, and 2 cups of spinach. I season it with salt and peper and fresh lemon juice. Super easy to make and ultra healthy for loosing weight.
My stats are awful. Height: 5'11'' Weight: 225 Activity: Moderate but no real exercise. I have a nutrition regiment to follow just need to get on an exercise regiment that is effective and I have heard tons of good things about HIIT. So how should I start? How should I increase? When should I stop increasing?
I would but they aren't allowed in dorms.. ..but maybe I could just use it when I need it and hide it when I don't...
