I've been advocating using 3-year, rather than 1-year, records to determine draft order. That would prevent a lot of the tanking evil.

Nope, I already read your posts and you have zero evidence for your argument. It's just silly to try argue that the OWNER of the team doesn't set the direction of their team which isn't an assumption. But whatever, enjoy being wrong.
