Still the connotation is very clear regardless of how it's translated which is TMAC gave indication that personnel decisions are behind the reason for the lackluster performance. This seems really fishy too me.

I'm with declan. The interview is a bit surreal after hearing CD for so many years. Maybe it's the translation but the connotations don't feel like CD.

Like someone else has already pointed out earlier, I think it was taken from the context of what Tmac has said here:

"This is who we have to go out and compete with. This is the team. This is it," Tracy McGrady said. "Until those other guys come back healthy, this is it. I don't know what management is thinking. But this is us. This is what we have to work with. Is help on the way? I don't know. Do we need it? It would help."

Yeah, the translation sounds like Tmac was blaming the organization while the original quote does not seem so. But again, what he said has been translated back and forth. May be some more precise translation works would help, I guess.

 

I thought Sina fabricated their "articles." It would seem TMac would blame the team not doing well on injuries, and not tell you to ask management.
