Players that rotate in the Guard position:

    Steve Francis - Doing great
    Cattino Mobley - IR
Hawkins - Good job filling in as starter
    Mooch - Sucking badly
Tito - Foot has never touched hardwood in a real game
    Pete Mikeal - IR

With Francis and Hawkins starting while Cat is out, there is no legit backup. They need to acquire a solid veteran backup and get rid of Mooch. In the meantime, IR Collier and bring in Mikeal or give Tito some play time cause he can't do worse than Moochie. I hope you are paying attention to this Rudy!

I really wish RudyT would answer this question. Moochie is about the 8th or 9th best offensive player on this team and he's getting the ball in crunch time. It's an outrage and this loss is entirely on RudyT. He has to take responsibility for this stupidity.

this is funny! After the Lakers game I started a thread saying that he is the dumbest player I have ever seen play in any level of baskeball and some peopel got on me for that. Saying it because the Rox r a young team I should back off/
I wasn't talking about the team, I was specifically talking about moochie. I think he is so bad he makes us miss Frank Johnson when he was here.

    He proved my point today.

I am asking thiss again, Mooch if u are reading this thread and u really want this team to go to playoffs so u can make more money, Do us all a favor, next time rudy wants u to go in just fake an injury and stay on the bench and worry about your next hairdo.

Could we send Moochie to Dallas...for say Avery Johnson, now there is a back-up point guard? Is it even possible? I dont know, but it beats what we got!

Not much else you can say about his play or lack thereof...

Whenever he goes into the game (especially when the Rockets are struggling) I shudder the same way I used to when Allen Leavall checked into a game. Although, he was scarier because of how out of control he could get.

Maybe we could run an ad campaign -- "Adopt a Mooch". :D

I really don't like him. he hits one or two game winners and everyone starts raving about him... he never was that great. This year he's really starting to show why all those teams like Seattle waived him. If we want a pointguard to bring entertainment then get jdub off the bench at least we'll have better highlights and I'm sure he passes alot better than mooche.

Mooch was a fan favorite, and that was when he flowed w/ the offense. Now his play just doesn't fit. Everytime he rolls in, Francis moves to the 2, and it just screws up the whole chemistry. I think we should trade him to a team who really needs a PG (Denver, Miami, New York, Washington, etc..). I feel we should get someone for him that could help us w/ the offense.

How many times do I have to say it:mad: If you live in the Houston area call the freakin Rudy T. show on 610 sports radio, Wed. nights at 7:00pm central time and ask these type of question. Have some balls and voice your opinions to the coach himself, instead of hiding behind your keyboards. Do you people really think Rudy logs on and reads these post:confused: If you live outside of Houston and want to call anyway here is the number: 713-572-7767 Lay on the heat and give Rudy your opinions. Muster up the courage to go mono a mono. Don't let your fingers do the talking. How else do you think that your going to get these questions answered:confused: Do you really think that "Tim" is going to go to Rudy and tell him "Hey the guys on CC.net said to stop playing Moochie" And one last thing, when you hear "James from Northwest your on the line with Rudy T." This is me on the line asking about issues and you should do the same.

Rudy,,,,,, if you are reading this I'll talk to you next time your on the show. Oh, and Rudy once again if you are reading this STOP PLAYING MOOCHIE AT THE END OF THE GAME:D

I think its a good idea if a lot of people call up Rudy's show and dog Moochie in a constructive way (not just say Moochie sucks).

If anyone was at the game on Friday (vs. the Wizards) and heard someone yelling at the end of the game (last 3 minutes) booing Moochie and yelling "Moochie you suck". it was me. I really cringe every time that fool is at the scorer's table because I know the next 5-10 minutes there are going to be a lot of turnovers a lot of wide open shots by him passed up and the Rockets will start playing pretty badly or worse then they were before.

I know Rudy is a loyal guy but he's the same one who traded Scotty Brooks, Otis Thorpe, etc. Make the move and get rid of Moochie!

I keep telling you guys, IT'S THE FREAKING SYSTEM THAT HAS TO CHANGE!!! No matter who joins the Rocks (Brent Barry, Rashard Lewis, or whoever the latest BBS trade darling is), his game will go down because of the system.

For some reason Rudy is too nice to his players. That's why players love playing for him! But man, surely he must know when to put his foot down!

If he's not seeing anything wrong with what's going on, then that's even worse! I mean, if we fans see it, how can he not?

Well, I'm sure that helped his play a lot. Houston: the worst home crowd in the NBA.

Just because I booed Moochie does not make me a bad Fan. Part of being a fan is cheering and booing. If someone is not playing well and if he hears me booing then maybe he'll snap out of it or Rudy will hear that and take his sorry butt out!

Well, at least you go to the games, so you can't be a bad fan. :) However, I still don't agree with booing your own team.

    Boo
    Booo
    Boooo
    Booooo

As a paying fan you have the right to Boo when you don't like something. The fans at this point must become the disciplinarians. Boo boo boo but also cheer when it is deserved.

I'm not saying you don't have the right. I'm just saying I disagree with it. I definitely don't think it helps.

What are you guys talking about? Moochie is our best clutch shooter.;)

Seriously, Moochie Norris is a living proof of what I've been saying all along. Clutchness is overrated. Didn't he make a clutch trey and double the lead with about 2 min. left? That was clutch, wasn't it? What is being clutch worth when you can't do squat (or worse, do damage to your own team) the rest of the game?
