First, the picture was not taken in Shanghai. Second, you have to understand wearing a red string on the wrist is not unique to Yao Ming and Ye Li, as it is very common for young lovers in China to do that. But there is some uniqueness in the red string that Yao Ming wears. It was specially knitted for him by Ye Li !!!
hey... you should stick around here. the people will appreciate you more than over there. the people are more knowledgeable, and there aren't annoying people to deal with, because the clutch crew kicks them out. or at least post here more often.
no, willis has the gator arms. yao had, i dont know, giraffe arms or something... and about the gay thing, well, let me just put it this way...many people who have questions or problems with themselves in a particular area but are unwilling to deal with the issue will often times externalize or project (i.e. poking fun at those w/same issue or "my friend has this problem...etc"). so in other words guys, the first step in healing is admitting it to yourself...dont worry, were all here for you.
Great pics guys, thanks a lot for posting them. And man, Yao's arms look bigger, no doubt. I'm definitely excited about next season.
pryuen, you are the one who will succeed windandsea as "the guy" in this forum (even though the latter is a mom -- sorry!) however windandsea's presence on the board will not be forgotten... these are the people who make clutchfans.net more lively...

YUp, that was his last public activity in Beijing in the morning of July 12. He flew to Shanghai in the afternoon without the chance to walk up the Great Wall !! Shortly after he arrived Shanghai in the afternoon, he went for a basketball clinic at the newly opened Yao's House, the basketball park sponsored by Reebok, to give instructions to a bunch of high school kids that had participated in the Inaugural Reebok High School Basketball League. Here are the web link to the photos http://sports.sina.com.cn/z/2002-2003NBA/photo/3303/ Just pick out a couple of the interesting ones:
Actually, even though Wei Wei was born in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, she might not be a Mongolian. In a lot of her personal profile information on the Internet, she belongs to Zhuang, another minority nationality in China. She grew up as a child back in Guangxi, an autonomous region/province for the Zhuang. Zhuang is the cousin of the Thais or Laos or Viets. IMO, Wei Wei looks more like a Southeast Asian, rather than a Mongolian.
