I say we cheer for the Houston Clippers this year. Cassell and Mobley is almost half their starting lineup.

This is the most depressing thread title in the history of the BBS.

People still talk about trading away Horry and Cassell for Barkley but I still think the trade worked. I remember Seattle had our number hands down, and we were on the brink of the NBA finals.

DA actually played well for us during the first parts of the season when t-mac was out. I remember being surprised at his jump shot and how consistent it really was.

well, I might have said it in a harsh way.. not all of the other guys suck.. Posey was good and still is , who else /?. . well, it's kinda hard to say, but I dont really miss any of the other guys because they are all average to below average players...

Congrats to DA for adding to his jewelry collection, even if he barely saw the floor.

James Posey took the heart and confidence he received from playing with the Rockets and stepped up like great ex-Rockets like Maxwell, Sam, Mario.. hitting critical shots in the 4th!

Eh thats not entirely true. He was defending the perimeter in the final minutes. But when the Heat got back the ball, he was riding the pine like always.

I didn't know he was actually that great of a perimeter defender to be put in at such a crucial time.

Said before, but only a handful of these guys are worth anything now.

It would be great to have Sam, Posey and Cat on our team.. but other than that I'll pass. Even Horry.. he got run out of the building by Dallas.

Someone would keep Jim Jackson? His natural position is Small Forward and was only ever useful when playing several minutes.. I'll keep TMac, thanks.

I think we got the better end of the deal for the DA trade. He was worthless to the Heat. At least we got a TE that can be used for something, even if it's small.
