hmm correlates strongly with regions where radicalism is strong. And where the next generation of the world's most dangerous people will emerge. guess revolution is a lot easier on an easy stomach.
Try following the Jewish Passover dietary laws for a week... I honestly challenge you to 1. enjoy what you're eating and 2. feel full. This past week was tough having only the food court in the houston downtown tunnels. The problem is that virtually all of our meals (besides salads) involve a cheap carbohydrate (typically white flour) that provides no nutritional value and is very high on the glycemic index (breaks down fast). It's amazing that with all the food options we have, we are still pretty clueless as a collective when it comes to eating healthy. We just want cheap, fast and easy. I'm on a pretty strict budget and I still manage to eat 5-6 healthy meals/snacks a day and spend less than $120/week on food. If you know anything about eating healthy, please pass on what you know to your kids/friends/fam/etc. If you don't know anything, google is your friend.
1/6 Americans are obese. 83% are either skinny, normal, a little overweight, overweight, or fat. The remaining 17% are obese.
LOL...I was just messing. There's fatties everywhere. I'm half Bolivian and have American, and yes...there's fatties down there....and extremely fine women too...like just about any country. Hell, some of the biggest people I have ever seen are in Saudi Arabia. Short, but HUGE....too many Hardee's or KFC...

I will admit, in some cases, I am a "fatist." Genetics plays some role, but I do get tired of excessively overweight people eating the wrong things, especially in public. I can't help it.
