Just be glad you don't have to relive past championships that should have and would have been.

Might I say sir - your family is AWESOME.

Those days will always be special and those Clutchcity games worthwhile watching over and over because of the landmark in time that it created for this franchise.

We could peel off and win the next 3-4 NBA titles - and Clutchcity still wouldn't lose any of it's shine.

For you younger kiddies who didn't witness the titles maybe....but my heart STILL skips a beat when I watch Olajuwon make that corner three with 15 or so seconds left during game 4 against the Magic. No, that will never, ever get old. I think we are discovering who the true fans are versus basketball fans.

Never. I still remember moments of glory in the 1980's when, for a short time, we had what I consider to be the finest Rockets team ever assembled, the '85-'86 team. The Rockets are my team and I've followed them since they came to Houston, led then by former UH star, Elvin Hayes. How could I possibly get tired of their history, which I was lucky enough to see unfold? And I didn't even mention the Rockets team that went to the Finals with Moses, who almost took us to the promised land..

Yeah the NBA and Nike did a good job of making 'newer' fans completely overlook the 1985-86 Rockets, and as you can tell, make the 'newer' fans dismiss the Rockets history all together.

It proves that when people go to a Rockets game, they don't even look up.
