Franz equals Sengun, Schroeder is better than Larkin.

Greece down 11 vs Bosnia at the moment. Struggling without Giannis.

I had to watch the standings and Bosnia had to win to keep themselves in the running.

Germany winning Group B with ease, double digit win over Finland. Portugal awaits in the Ro16. Sweden made it to the knockout stage for the first time even though they finished 1-4, will now face the Winner of Group A, Jokic or Sengun.

Bracket so far. Groups C and D are wide open, tough to call.

Luka going off. 32 EFF in the first half. EuroBasket record is 60 by Nikos Galis (1988).

Tbh, I actually think NBA players should do the opposite. Don't play international ball until you're well into your prime and in your 30's. Don't hamper your NBA career, create your legacy and then go and win the gold on the international stage. I can stand the little dancing ****ing goblin but Steph did actually get that right tbh.

Well-oiled machine took three quarters to get going, final result doesn't tell the story of the match. Missing 22 threes in a row shouldn't happen again. German TV even mentioned some NBA team missing 27 threes in a row in a Playoff game, don't know which one it was.
On a positive side, they had their off-night against a limited opponent. Quarter Finals versus Italy or Slovenia will be the first real test.

No idea how, but we managed to beat Latvia. Our backup point guard with a career game after our best player went out with injury. 21p/12a and around 15 fouls drawn(!), lol.

Yeah even our best shooters were struggling in this EuroBasket. We really have no business being in the quarter finals, but somehow made it happen. Biggest overachievers without a question. Proud of this Lithuanian C-Team.

I have been down on Latvia since that Türkiye game where they got outclassed.

It is either spamming 3s or running Kristaps to the ground.......not a good strategy.

****ing hell! Serbia out. Biggest win in Finland's Basketball history. Felt like upsets all day long. Feel bad for Pesic though.

Serbia was a lock for the finals just a few days ago, so I'm still not buying this.
