i don't expect silas or stone to be around before the rockets show any signs of being a competitive team

but if i were to guess I'd say silas starts next year as the coach

 

KPJ has only been a cancer since day 1.

 

Has anyone on the team, Jalen, Tate, KJ, even Lucas, said anything defending KPJ yet? If your friend and team mate is being baselessly slandered by the national media repeatedly I think you'd want to speak up and call out the bullshit. Maybe they don't cause it's somewhat true?

ESPN's Jonathan Givony says a new GM could turn the Rockets around quickly by firing the coach and getting rid of Kevin Porter Jr. "Just cut him. That's it." He hears awful things about the Houston locker room and culture. People *on the team* have told him, "We are a mess."

That's really making the organization look bad. It makes the Rockets look bad. What's worse is that it's true, in my opinion. The talk is not just, "slow news day, what can we say that'll get some attention?" I wish that was the case, but it rings true to me. Let this ride and good luck signing free agents this summer. Not if they want to win.

 

We see his cancerous play on the court, no surprise that it transfers into the locker room. But we will still have some KPJ defenders on this board, you know who those are.

I’d like to see a stronger coach with KPJ.
Silas isn’t the guy. I’ll keep beating that dead horse until the bones have been picked clean by the buzzards and maggots.

Shoutout to all the insiders, but really if you weren’t burying your head in the sand this stuff was obvious.

I haven’t been super down on stone, but he might need to be let go before this team can really improve as well. He’s calling all the shots so ultimately this mess is in him.

He probably won’t be let go though, so this off season he needs to bring in a real coach that will straighten things up around here and get tf out of the way.

Let the new coach determine which of these young players he wants to move forward with. If KPJ is an issue and the new coach doesn’t want him, cut his ass.
