Why wont he leave to a mavs forum. Maybe becuase they hate on him there and realize they overpaid for a role player.
I think Ariza would have a better fit on Dallas, that Parsons, too. Ariza's perimeter D + Tyson Chandler's post D would be ridiculous.
IF Parsons shoots 50% from 3 for an entire season while shooting as many as he did with the Rockets (351+ attempts) he will be a super star. The best shooting in NBA history for a season is Kyle Korver's 53.6% on 59/110 shooting. Ray Allen never shot better than 45.3% from 3. Kyle Korver led the league with a 47.2% average last year. Steph Curry's career best is 45.5%. It's safe to say that neither Parsons nor Ariza is likely to end the season at 50% for the year. Parsons shooting 40% or higher would be a career year.
LOL I bet Parsons wanted Ariza to struggle so he could say some backhanded comment about how he is so much better than Ariza and how Houston should have been happy to snag him at 15 million per year. But now with Ariza arguably playing better that Parsons and at half the price, it really doesn't look good for him. It's okay Chandler, you got (way over)paid.
Wow, there is a lot of butt hurt here. Why are you guys soo upset? Ariza is doing well for you guys Parsons is doing well for us. Everyone won right?
See Parsons forgets that he was drafted by Daryl Morey, which means two things! 1. He is a good player 2. He is replaceable
Thank you mark cuban. You tried to screw us and ended up making us better. Ariza and pap) > parsons. They only really liked parsons when it made houston basketball fans bitter. Good luck winning a championship with that team anytime soon. You threw away dirks last years.
You my friend have been repped by me. For such a good post. On side note, I hope that Ariza put ups better numbers than Parsons this year. I dont think Cuban will be too happy lol.
"I don't pay any attention to [Ariza]," Parsons said. That's Parsons being defensive.....err playing defense.
Parsons loves talking him some Rockets. Can't say Harden went out of his way to act the same when he departed OKC, or Dwight with L.A.
Deep down, I really think he misses Houston Think about it, he was the longest here, had a great relationship with the coach, embraced by the city I think he's a little homesick, but hey when 46 mil is knockin' you do what you do. He should really keep his mouth shut though.
Well, you know that...deep down...Parsons wants to see Houston have problems at the same position he left regardless of what he says publicly. It's only natural to want them to feel the impact of not having him. Who knows...we could be sitting here posting three or four seasons from now...and Parsons is the total top ten player stud that got away. I think everyone thinks that couldn't happen based on what he's done so far...but you never know.
I think most of the posters here are heterosexual guys. They are not into the dude's look like you are.
