we are a shooting team. scola and landry can be neutralized to easy. we all thought yao was easy to neutralize but those two? not too many options.

Ah ok, I gotcha now. Your primary issue is that Brooks is not an archetypal PG, but a shoot first PG. That makes a lot of sense now. Still does not explain why you are giving Ariza a pass on effort issues which is kinda the point here. Article points to chemistry issues, and Ariza has been seen blowing up at the other starters. Really has nothing to do with Brooks being an atypical point guard.

What does that have to do with ariza? When you have shane/chuck/trevor in the starting lineup someone has to score....does that click?

AB took more shots than he should have but still, he was hot and i can't really get on him.

Ariza? DUDE WAS FLAILING HIS ARMS while just camping out at the 3pt line. That doesn't work dude, and he is bullying everyone else on the court. He completely ignored landry on that crucial play.

Jacking up 11 threes a game isn't going to cut it, and I am beginning to lose it. AB has his flaws but who the hell does he have to pass to in the starting lineup?

Battier had 0 points for the 2nd straight time i believe, but he isn't killing the chemistry and is at least trying.

Lets leave it at this, when you suck ass and jack up shot after shot when your teammates are busting their ass, and on top of that give them beef, you are SCUM.

I was a proponent of ariza and was talking about how he is an excellent team player and what not but i was dead wrong.

I think our second unit is playing better than the first for two big reasons. First, the bench guys play fewer minutes against lower level of competition, so the grueling schedule has had less of an effect on them.

Second, the second unit has Lowry, who is all about sharing the ball and getting his guys into the offensive set. This mentality has rubbed off on Budinger, an above average passer who'll get even better, and Andersen, who knows his role and plays very much within it.

Also, I don't think you can blame one player for the current chemistry problem of the starting lineup. This offense requires everyone to share the ball as well as move without it. And when you don't have a pass-first PG like Lowry in the lineup, there is a much greater need to have every player get into the act.
