Calling Duncan a international is stupid. Its like calling Hakeem international. The guy played college ball in america. In all honesty Nash shouldn't be called a internatinal player either.

BS list. Yao should be third behind Duncan and Nash. Ginobili is stays 4th. nowitzki is 5th at best.

And what kind of *** flag is that? Pink and white??? What a disgrace. It should be carmine red.

well howard is the ultimate example of yao being a defensive liability. you can say he never should have drawn that assignment but he sure as heck wasn't going to be guarding jason terry, jerry stackhouse, dirk nowitzki, or michael finley, which was dallas' lineup when they went small, and when they went small is when they torched us. it was by design that yao ended up having to cover howard because opposing teams try to run yao out by going small. because yao was unable to take advantage on the other end and force dallas to go big, he basically got torched on defense and was ineffective on offense.

now this year things might be a little different with teams not being able to get away with it, as seen in the last GS game yao played in, which is a credit to yao's personal growth as well as adelman's coaching adjustments. but the yao-josh howard matchup will always haunt me and serves as a shining example of the kind of liability yao can be when he is being guarded by a smaller player. to disregard that in hopes that you never face a team who gets the same idea is wishful thinking.

so by your standard, anyone that goes to collage at america is an american? or he/she have to play college ball as well before being eligible to term as an american.

I do not really understand this, U.S virgin island is not exactly a part of america? then why is duncan playing for the USA bball team?

I think Yao and Ginobili embody the very best combination of qualities such as competitiveness, teamwork, lack of unnecessary ego, and dedication to winning in a non-self-glorified way in the entire league. Either (or both) would be a welcome addition to any team, no questions asked. Not only are they supremely talented, but they’re the very best teammates one could ask for.

And neither is overrated—not one bit. If anything, these two remarkable athletes are underrated, for all the reasons listed above. It pains me to hear anything negative about either of them in needlessly generalized terms.
