I guess we just both focus on different things, I focused on the good passes and you focused on the bad, thus leading us both to very different conclusions. Either way - still Rocket fans... Peace ! DD
Nothing is certain until the lockout ends. I honestly hope he stays behind Nash for at least a year, if only to see how a true master of the position plays the game and handles the offense. It would be a great learning experience for him.
Yeah, I can see your point. BTW Chen, this conversation has been completely enjoyable, much better than arguing with you. DD
I guess that's about as good as I could have hoped for, still think you are way off on this one, but looks like there is no way of changing your mind. At the very least this particular post didn't involve any erroneous claims.
I am typically not very argumentative, just opinionated and passionate. If someone proves me wrong, I am more than willing to apologize and accept their argument. My worst argument was with a poster called Gator and in all honesty, it was most likely me mistakenly thinking he was insulting. Either way, I cheer for the name on the front of the jersey first as oppose to the name on the back. I wanted Lowry starting over AB not because of any ill will towards AB, but simply because I believed that Lowry would do the job. Given the choices of hoping one of our player improves vs not improving or failing however, I will always root for the player to improve no matter how harshly criticize him. If a player improves, the team improves. As much as I root for Lowry also, I will drop him in a heartbeat if it meant getting someone like Paul as well. I genuinely wish the best for both Budinger and AB despite how critical I have been to both of them and still can be, more so Budinger than AB as AB is no longer a Rocket.
Why would you hope for his sake that he “moves on”? He hasn’t solidified himself as anything in this league. The Suns gave up quite a bit for him – a good backup PG and a pick that turned out to be the Lithuanian Lefty. They should do what’s best for the team, and keeping Brooks as a sparkplug off the bench is better than just losing him for nothing. They’ll only grant your wish of moving Nash and handing the keys over to Brooks if they’re trying to tank.
I don't care what is good for the suns only the Rox, and as a former Rox player i have interest in him going forward. DD
Oh, well he's considering a gig in China, so he'll probably get to be a starter there. That might be better for his sake and your sake than having to be anyone's backup. http://www.slamonline.com/online/news-rumors/other-news/2011/07/aaron-brooks-considering-offer-from-team-in-china/
