I don't think he missed any games due to the court case. The article I posted above said it all. In the right time line the court case happened during summer 07. He had all the time in the world to get back on court. Do I think it caused him head aches because of his adultery. Yes. That and his back spasms. He was not himself from 06 to 07.

You can have bulk without function. Bodybuilders would get destroyed in the NBA.

So much hate towards McGrady. My oh my. He is still a Houston Rocket and I'm going to support him. Screw the media and his past.

Everyone keeps bringing up the fact this is a contract year. True, it is. But the reason he is training so hard has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that he wants to prove everyone wrong. Nope, nothing, its strictly for his financial gain.

    lol

awww, his skinny legs were trademark..oh well. At least he'll probly be more durable this year and play a high percentage of the games when he's actually back on the court.

His calves are fully extended in the top pic. His calves are contracted to only 30 degrees in the 2nd pic, making them appear somewhat bigger and the view is obstructed. Try it yourself and see the difference. :)

I can understand that some people hope that tmac comes back, and plays great for the good of the team...but some people are back on his nuts that was calling him garbage 6 months ago....

like they say, when people are backed into the corner, they will put faith in the first person that may offer a solution...and that solution is tmac...

some of yall trip me out...for real...I wish I could go back to some of these threads and point'em out for a good laugh

TMac has never been injury prone, he simply has always had mediocre trainers. I mean, can you imagine how many championships he would have won if he had Tim Grover or the Suns training staff all these years?

That my friend is a Bod-Pod. It measures your body density and fat using air pressure. Ridiculously expensive for something you can do with some forceps and old fashioned math. And yes, it is also Eve-a's older, fatter sister.

The chicken legs may actually make you jump higher. The theory behind it is that the chicken leg has longer tendons, which works as spring, store more force when contracted, release more power for higher jump. From my observation, the high flying athletes usually have chicken legs. There are more chicken legs on basket ball courts than the soccer fields. Well, I maybe wrong.
