    Is this statement like the other one he made when he claimed "ITS ON ME" cos we all know how that one played out

    but at least w/ that statement, he took all the pressure and blame from his teammates, esp. yao. nowhere in the media did you hear them blame yao or rafer or head... consistently.

    isn't that a great thing? him and JVG took on most of the blame. that's what leaders do. he just failed to deliver his promise.

    Actually, the only people that i can think of that weren't blamed were

    VSpan
    Mutombo
    Hayes
    Battier
    Lucas and the other role players i can't think of now

    Everyone is was, especially when TMAC came out a week after the loss, and said maybe if we had better options at the 1 and 4 positions , we would have advanced

    well, he did back it up. he had a nice series. too bad nobody else other than yao showed up

    Really, you actually believed Tracy (jump shots when i should have been driving to the basket) did his best to get us out of the first round.

    The whole team as a whole was flat, but hey, Tracy was the one that made the "I have a dream speech" speech.

    If he can get one ring, I think he would be a lock for the hall of fame.
