And as for the Rockets being 0-5...this isn't the refs fault.

The team has been choking big time in crunch time...that is why they're 0-5.

It's not the refs making them miss 3's or Lee dribbling out of bounds.

The team is just anti-clutch city right now.

Captain Steve Jack grew up hard in The Golden Triangle. He's one of the last dudes to **** with in this league. He makes Ron Artest look like a church-going girl scout.

It's a conspiracy. Stern is trying to get Jack off the floor!

This may very well be the reaction that Stern had in mind when he implemented the stricter fines. It's a classic tactic in negotiations to create an issue that is costless to yourself, but really a pain for your counterpart. The fines don't really matter much to Stern, but he knows they matter to the players. If the NBAPA raises this as an issue to bargain over during the CBA, Stern has already won a tactical point. He can simply force the NBAPA to give up some concession in exchange for taking away the stricter fines. The NBAPA would do well to not raise this in the negotiations and keep the eye on the prize: the salary cap. Either way, the players are going to get stomped in the negotiations. The owners don't get hurt as much as the players by the lockout and the players only alternative to the NBA are the Euroleagues which only can afford players in the range of Josh Childress.

You're such a tool... No amount of money should equate to losing your dignity and self-worth. And getting fined for something said after the game that's NOT made available to the public is borderline insanity.

Who said anything about owing me anything?

    They don't owe me jack.

Jackson does owe Stern $50,000 for not knowing when to STFU

    What an idiot.

You obviously are blind and stupid.

Stephen Jackson was yelling at the refs as he was leaving the court. If you watched the game instead of spouting your idiocy, you would know this.

Because this is a forum perhaps?

Poster A whines about Poster B. Poster B whines about Poster A. Rinse, re-wash and re-use.

Stephen Jackson is a winner. The Rockets could've had him for Battier straight-up when he was in Nelly's doghouse, but the Bobcats got him and he led them to the playoffs.
