[ESPN] Southwest division champions

    Yeah, i'd have to agree with the Dallas prediction. So long as that team's core is intact + their acquisitions from the latter part of last season and the off season, they'll be pretty good throught the regular season. 55+ wins isn't a stretch for that team and top 4 record in the west.

    The question with Dallas always comes down to their playoff performance. They can't seem to get it together in the post season.

    Anyone take a look at Northwest? Sheesh, they're riding OKC hard. It's almost 3 to 1 against Portland. If Portland manages to beat their unlucky streak with their injuries, that'll be the team to watch out for.

    word...they are built for the regular season, but are aging so I see injuries hampering them...

    With a healthy Yao, the division and beyond would be ours...but I'll settle for a deep run in the playoffs..the Mavs can have the division...
