    I could see that.

    I wouldn't mind Joe Johnson backing up or playing next to Harden, but not on that massive, back breaking contract.

    How about something like this after Dec 15.

    Trade 1:

    Jarrett Jack for a 2nd rounder using out TPE

    Trade 2:

    Dorsey, Papanikolaou, Terry, for KG and Kirilenko.

    These trades help our weakest areas while only taking on Jack's salary for two more years, while avoiding Dorsey's salary next year. Might be worth it if the salary cap really jumps up soon.

    Since KG is nearing the end of his contract anyways, I wouldn't mind having him on the books. His locker room presence and intensity in the playoffs would be awesome, especially with Beverley and Ariza on the team as well. Sign me up for whatever gets him in a Rockets uniform (within reason of course).

    Joe Johnson would be the best option out of any of those guys for us, but his salary makes any reasonable trade proposal next to impossible.

    That said, our best bet is probably to wait and see if AK47 or KG get bought out. Both would be safe additions and want to win. KG has a close relationship with McHale, and I think it would hilariously ironic to have both Terry and AK47 playing for Houston.

    Those three are a big part of our success this season, trading for KG and AK47 doesn't seem to make sense.

    Man KG would be such a nice pick-up for us. I doubt he'd be against it too, with McHale being here.

    We would be the most annoying team in the league. I can picture opposing fans whining about

    -Patrick Beverly and his non-stop hustle/flops
    - James Harden...
    - Dwight Harden, just because it is cool to hate on him
    - Terry is just an annoying opponent who hits all these big momentum shots.
    - Garnett runs his mouth...

    It would be so much fun...

    Not only that but we need another big and the experience he carries would help us a lot.

    If only their contracts didn't suck compared to what they have left in the tank.

    Joe Johnson isn't nearly as dynamic as he was with the Suns. Brook Lopez needs prosthetic limbs. And DWill has artificial ankles.
