You won't be thinking that way when Dwight never came here and Lamb, White Parsons are all role players.

None of this magnitude. We're talking no team left here.

alright I'd rather play the young and see if we can hit 20 wins and get a top 3 pick.
Done with Orlando. They know nobody is going to give them S*** if lady howard won't resign. Just walk away, Maury. He will come back after you. Otherwise, Orlando should just keep howard and wait til january to acquire future hall of famer, Lopez. lol good luck with those contracts.

Why not exchange the name of the teams with each other? It seems much easier to carry out

I had the impression that the magic have a surplus of PF as well, so why would they want players that add to that excess? I would imagine draft picks, young expiring contracts and perhaps a couple of our young'uns would suffice. But heck, not the entire squad.

If Howard leaves, were stuck with with Orlando's trash. At least leave a couple of players for us to develop. The guys we got from the Milwaukee deal and New York should be the first one's to go.

I guess the only consolation is we get to keep Motie.

Exactly. We're going to have a team that was worse than Orlando's last year, with McHale being inferior to SVG. We're literally doomed.

Which is what posters have been begging to do the last 2 years.

If he refuses to resign, the Rockets would have two opportunities to trade him: February deadline and sign and trade in the Summer of 2013.

Why not take the gamble? You're going to get some picks back in a trade if he doesn't resign and if he does you got a top-5 player to build around. All that for a bunch of "unknown commodities" in unproven players and picks.

    I'm ALL IN.

That should be the Rocket's slogan next years: I'M ALL IN.

lol, people "loving" Lamb, Parsons, White, and Montejunas more than Dwight (and hitching your interest in the team to them) when they haven't stepped foot on an NBA court yet

i don't put much stock in this poster, but i think he is spitting out the irrational thoughts that are leading many to get upset about potential deals--whether they realize it or not

I would love to see Lamb and White on our team. But as Asian Sensation said....we would have all jumped on it if it were the picks. Putting names on the picks and waiting 2 weeks shouldn't change that

Well wouldn't we be able to keep the picks if we did that trade? We'd still have maneuverability if we still have cap space and picks. Obviously, I'm not a huge fan of taking back ALL of their sh**ty contracts. I'm just not going to freak out over losing Parsons or whoever else that CF's posted a highlight video of.

No, there was a big hoopla about the Rockets following Howard, Richardson, Duhon, Davis last night, as if those were the players Houston was going to get back. Sure, I might consider that deal. Then just catching up now, I see they added Turkoglu, ha. Swapping entire rosters with Orlando? Uhhh no.

True but I looked up the back surgery and its just a herniated disk repositioning to fix the radiculopathy so its nothing major.. I don't think he'll have any lasting effects from it.. lets cross our fingers.

None of us here have seen Dwight's medical records and few, if any, of us here are back specialists. All medical information will be carefully reviewed by professionals and risks assessed.

Remember, the Rockets forced Minnesota to restructure the trade that landed them Motiejunas because Jonny Flynn's hip condition was a bit worse than previously disclosed. Dwight Howard's back will no doubt receive even more attention.

Come to think of it, every player coming back is injury prone. Including Howard!:mad:

Thank you! Someone with some logic and comprehension. It's refreshing to know there's still some left on this board.
