It's been rumored for over a year that the Mavs have been trying to deal Terry and Gibson is just a backup PG at this point.

Sorry in advance for being un-PC here, but honestly, shut the f*** up, all you Europeans. Just because you play professional b-ball in Europe doesn't mean you get to automatically cut to the front of the line when it comes to NBA playing time. I don't care if you're the #1 pick... Go out and earn your playing time like EVERYONE else. Jesus. What a bunch of f***ing prima donnas.

There is no guarantee that VSpan is even NBA worthy. None. In season 1, he showed absolutely nothing that he is an NBA worthy guard. So what is all the fuss about?

If VSpan is kicking and screaming, then by all means, trade him. He's under contract; He HAS to fulfill his contract. The Rockets won't be losing much because VSpan has shown nothing so far.

If on the other hand, he returns, still, consider packaging him for a decent PF because I get the feeling VSpan is not NBA worthy. Of all the players on our roster, who is less important than VSpan? We have Alston. We have Mike James. That's two proven NBA PGs. VSpan is now unnecessary.

We need a PF. We need more depth.

I'm not sure if this can be trusted even one single iota, but nonetheless:

    http://******************/viewtopic.php?t=676606&start=12

From a user called athena from realgm.com

    update on vspan:

radio guy said he has agreed with panathinaikos to return to greece and now he is waiting for 'the green light' from the rockets.

    those were his words exactly.
