I think it's more of Hill being a young unknown commodity with a rookie contract and potential. It's of more value and he is easier to move. Those Bulls guys are all declining assets, on contract years, and would practically only be for this season, and they're all pretty flawed and more or less average NBA players.

I think taking back Jeffries is the only way to make the deal work under the cap.

I've thought about this since yesterday. Harrington is a much bigger part of their team than Hughes is, and a more valuable asset. He could be used as part of a SnT to acquire a big FA this off-season. Or another NYK scenario is signing a LeBron/Wade/Bosh/Amare/JJ and then keeping Al Harrington and T-Mac and using David Lee as the SnT bait to appease the team losing the big FA. Whatever it is, Harrington has much more value to the NYK even after the season than does Hughes because Hughes is just a bad player now.

I'm definitely not new to this board. I've been here for a long time, but forgot the password to my last account. Been a member since 2006. I'm done derailing the thread with you. Moving on.

The Bulls trade does not help us nearly as much as the NYK'S.

Morey will be thinking of the future, not just the present

The one we don't know about that may or may not include Tyrus Thomas but probably won't include Luol Deng according to in-the-know and very reliable sources.

Its only in the club seats. A lot of people with club seats don't even show up to the games, and if they do, a lot of them show up late and just hang out at the bars drinking and talking. From my experience, its more of a social event, rather than a sporting event. What I think is funny about rockets games, is that you'll see an array of various colored shirts. Its like a rainbow of different colored shirts.

Well I said they show up, they do have a tendency to leave early. But as is such with some crowds around the nation for a regular season game.

It really is about the excitement of the team...there really isn't anything to be excited about right now for this season...for a lot of NBA teams.

But I am still wonder...WHAT IS CHICAGO TRADING!?!?!

    Jerome James
    Tyrus Thomas

    for

    T-Mac
