He doesn't need to pass. He just need to shoot and he's good at it. We always preach about surrounding Yao with shooters. You already forgot about that?? Ok...so we move Brooks and get crappy player that can't shoot. Now when someone double Yao and he pass to that crappy player...what do you see?? Ya a lot of clanking pain sound!!

Not to mention that we are not even sure if Yao will hold up, and if he doesn't we are better off with Brooks anyway......

If Lebron stays in Cle, it definitely IMO only leaves the choice for Chris Bosh to play with Wade in Miami.

If so, I think we have the edge because Bosh can look at the rest of that lineup outside of Wade and say "That's just not enough..." then look at our Roster and say "I can work with those guys."

If Yao doesn't hold up, then our need for a legit big man increases exponentially.

He is not even a superstar player.....I mean there are only a few superstar players in the league that can lead a team.

I would rather go after Melo than Bosh....

i will only trade brook away when we have both yao and bosh on the court. they are all strong in the paint but need the ball passed to them.

i do not think other team can double both yao and bosh at the same time.

i'd agree with you that brook is a keeper if bosh is not coming to houston.

by the way, i still have good open shooters like martine/ariza/cbud.

I agree with you on Brooks, bur Bosh fits on this team and what we are doing like a glove. Theres a reason Morey is going after him so aggressively.

It has nothing to do with leading a team or heart, softness, whatever. Those are all buzz words for people who don't know basketball.

Bosh coming here makes this team crazy good, better than if Melo or Paul came here, despite them being better individual players.

I think the 2012 Knicks pick is a top 1 protected pick and you can't put another condition onto that?

I really do not want to trade Brooks. If anything his play and age attracts a top tier free agent due to the window being open for a while.

I actually think Melo would fit our team great if we don't give up Hill. Better than Bosh.

Heads up Bosh Rockets mention on ATH right now.

Around the Horn says we have no chance of getting Bosh because we would have to trade one of good players (i.e. Brooks, Scola) to get him, that would be one of the reasons he would come here.

I'm sure Morey saw that and went, "Aw crap, I knew I was forgetting something! Well that I-Pad is wasted..." ;)

Yeah just watching PTI was pretty depressing. Those guys bashed the crap out of us. But middle finger up to ESPN. I hope Bosh does come here so he can prove these fools wrong.
