I sent in a remark/question trying to correct the misconception that Landry is a good post defender, after Hollinger suggested he'd be used heavily at C this year. Skipped over.
Anup Shah (Rockets Buzz): Ariza has shot the ball well this preseason. And I think the Rockets want him to be more of a slasher, and playing on the outside will allow him to do that. WOW! Nice job paying attention fools.
I was hoping for an answer on if Cook/Dorsey were guaranteed roster spots, or if they could envision Pops and Conroy making the team.
Hollinger is out, so I am out too. Disappointed by this whole thing. I thought we might get some insights from Hollinger, but the things he said was pretty generic, nothing that we didn't know. I asked questions about Chuck and Shane too, but apparently got ignored. If only Morey could hold something similar like this and share his insights... I would keep dreaming for that day to come.
on behalf of all indians I apologize for Anup Shah being such an idiot seriously if they were gonna have on a random indian to talk Rockets basketball it should have been me.
Yoyo, you can hold a chat and talk about Rockets here anytime you like, and I will be listening, and so does a lot others.
I'm flaming him with comments. This is pathetic. Who assign these guys to answer valid questions anyway? Another product of BSPN's crap.
Did anyone catch DaDakota's question? DD, did you post this or was someone just trying to play a prank on you? It went: --------------- DaDakota: The rockets did not pursue Wafer over the offseason, was this a mistake? I think he is a one of a kind player. Your Thoughts? 4:27 John Hollinger: Wafer's one of a kind only if you mean the kind who gets sent to detention in the middle of a playoff game. He was a valuable offensive player but he got offered more $$ in Europe than the Rockets were willing to pay, especially since they already have a roster crunch. 4:27 Anup Shah (Rockets Buzz): DaDakota: I think it was a good move to let Wafer go. His head was getting big towards the end of the season and he was going to ask for too much money anyway.
