Being black or brown is not probable cause to search someone. The law takes precedent over Brad's "common sense".

The sports media hurt marginalized communities more than anything. White journalists who take it upon themselves to make bad behavior, situations and people into race because they know it will sell. There is a culture of the Smollet's, the angry Serena's and the guy who hit the QB playing the race card in situations where it doesn't exist. Journalists see sports as a platform to get conversation from racial tensions instead of just admitting that hey... maybe this agent is being treated the same way an annoying white/asian/hispanic agent would. Maybe it's not about merit over friendships, but holding small markets hostage every time a player becomes really good isn't good for the game or these markets? No one has the courage to just keep it real because it's not what the average sports fan wants to hear.
