Huh? Seriously, you are right DoD. I forgot about the "110% of"; I need to brush up on my percentages. I can see how someone can get confused with this, especially considering I was one of the ones confused. At my job, I'm used to looking at salaries and calculating what they would be in 5 years using escalation, so I guess that's why I thought of a 110% increase. Let's make it a rule to never discuss percents and percentages on this BBS Forum again!
