    All time great rebounder and defender with no doubt.
    Also he was doing everything to win. Nobody is more provoking like Rodman. He can ignite the fire inside the fans, foes and refs. It's too bad I can't find another Rodman now.

    the closest in this generation had to be Ben Wallace, no offense, but was a better shot blocker, undersized too at his position for being 6'9 at center (ok so he's no Chuck Hayes) and eerie enough, had almost the same single player accolades as Rodman, other than Rodman having more rings.

    Pretty good comparison.

    I think Rodman more than deserves to have his jersey retired. Good to see Detroit do this. Rodman cares a great deal more than what he let's on, I'll give 5 to 1 odds he cries :grin:
