    Thanks!

    unless you were mocking me...

in either case, the stats don't lie - when given the chance (i.e MORE SHOTS) Yao seems to recover from a poor start and end with a good pts and FG% numbers.

Yao's stamina might be better if he weren't fighting for position down low so often and moved around the floor instead.

Isn't that like saying, "She's the classiest stripper I've ever met." :D

The article is a nice read though :)

An excellent read! It's easy to agree with all he says, though I'm not sure Yao is up to the challenge. Do you; Really???

I can't help but go back to JVG and his coaching style for our success/Non success? I just feel that second worst in scoring for this team - in the WEST no less will NEVER FLY...... I've said it before, but East Coast bruiser crap will never get it done. I don't care how good the defense is. The freewheeling Rockets prooved this out over NY some time ago - as have many others...

Wonderful letters, sums up whatever I wanted to say.

Someone should absolutely brings some of these letters to their intended recipient. Espeically the one to Van Gundy about not try to mold Yao and instead let him grow. The most important one though, is the one to Francis, Francis' friend should read it to him. Francis can truly be a great player and Yao is going to make him better.

Some of you are reading this wrong. He's not putting undue pressure or high expectations on Yao; he's saying free him up, give him a chance, so that we can learn what he can do.

Seeing him put up 33 against Shaq and the Lakers makes me feel the same way.

    Free Yao.

The article is quite crappy and arrogant, including the part on Yao. Remember that Yao is a Chinese citizen, and he should pay some taxes to his government just like any other taxpayer.
We all know Yao loves his own country. He would be disappointed if he is not allowed to play for his country.

maldini your mind reading skills are amazing!!
question. how many of us think your full of it?
    free yao.
maybe JVG should use p jackson's mantra during his chicago
tenure "give MJ the ball and get out of the F***ing way" !!

Great article especially the letter to JVG.

Come on, Jeff! I implore you too, and my expectation is that high: Let go of 70-point games and 50-win seasons. Imagine 60-win seasons and 100-point games.;)
