Great choice. Mike Brown has alot to do with the way that team is focused on defense. He helped take Lebron's defensive game to another level.

    Home record = historic

Look at the phoenix suns. Defense was missing.

You cant help but wonder would of happened to Amare's game if he landed on a team with a defense oriented coach.

Well deserved. Just because you have the best player in the league does not mean you automatically win, just look at the in prime Kobe after Shaq left and before Gasol joined, or an in prime T-Mac on the Magic, or the Garnett led T-Wolves.

One thing that Brown did was give Cavaliers an identity besides Lebron and Co. Players on that team played hard each game, especially on defense. Now Lebron is the reason they're an elite team. But I can also say if there wasn't Mike Brown, the Cavs might only be looking at 45 - 50 wins and be the Miami Heat of this year (seriously, look at the individual makeup of Miami vs. Cleveland and tell me that there's THAT much of a gap in pure talent). Some of that has to go to coaching.

    well deserved....

how many of you picked the cavs to have the best record at the beginning of this season ???? mike brown has done an excellent job, and to those of you who are saying lebron does everything, you clearly have not been watching the cavs this year, or you just dont know anything about basketball.
