Maybe Tmac1 is Stacys boyfriend of BFF.

    Maybe maybe no?

What Tmac did or didn't do in the past is irrelevent to this year's team.

He is a 30 year old player who is more than likely never going to regain his old form with a very attractive contract to teams looking to start over.

So, the odds say, you trade him to a team looking to save MILLIONS over the course of the next few years by getting out of a couple of long term deals for Tmac's short term one.

    It is smart business.

The Rockets can not afford to go into the playoffs next year with another $23 million dollar hole in their roster.

now this is a great post DD, though happens once in a while. stop with those other irrational thinking ;)

that's other side in regards' to tracy's comeback - he might not come back after all.

but unlike you, if we trade him, trade him before the season starts. let's start the new year fresh.

My take is we need to add depth.

Priority #1 - Get Yao help on the post. Deke is gone. We need a backup who can play many minutes and also play at the 4

Priority #2 - more youth and athleticism to compete with the Blazers and Lakers. I know we beat the Blazers, but they are up and coming and we need to compete with the depth and athleticism.

Priority #3 - shooters with a good shooting %, Brent Barry didn't work out.

We can't do this with Tmac hogging 20 million.

You need to quit lying and exaggerating to make your case.

You don't know what you are talking about. Just like you made up the "poison pill contract" without knowing what one was. And you still can't admit you are wrong.

T-mac was great 1 year ago. He had surgery, and it didn't resolve the problem. The more he worked on it and tried to play - the worse it got. He was gimping around and he sacrificed to try to play...but it didn't work.

You make up stuff about him not rehabbing, about him complaining about things he hasn't complained about, and saying he has had problems in the locker room. Yet you have no sources, you have speculation, and you just b.s. to try to be convincing.

And you can accuse me of not getting the facts straight? Why don't you admit you were wrong about VSPAN? And about the poison pill? You can't. You can't admit you were wrong about Corey Maggette.

Here's what it is - you like certain guys, and you dislike others, but in terms of knowledge of basketball, it's based on Hoosiers. Oh, it sounds really nice, we don't need stars according to dada - we just need a bunch of guys who buy into the team concept and hustle.

That got us to play some heart warming games, but it will never get us past the Lakers. And it wouldn't have gotten us past Portland without Yao.

T-mac may very well be traded, but the campaign you wage against him, which is full of half-truths and full on no-truths, and the b.s. you make up to support your cases is really getting too much. T-mac doesn't fit the mold of what you respect in an athlete. Heck, he's not exactly what I admire either to be honest. He's shown mental weakness, I agree with that. But man, you jump on the man like a homeless man would jump on prime ribeye steak.

You aren't the all-knowing basketball god like you act like you are. You're just another guy posting their opinions on here, and most of the 50,000 posts are the same song over and over and over. If it was that insightful, you wouldn't have to keep repeating yourself. You watch a lot of games, and you talk a lot of talk, but your ego gets in the way of you actually making a good insight.

    Here's the rundown for ya:

VSPAN isn't god's gift to the NBA. He sucks!
JVG wasn't stagnating our offense - its because the guys we had around Yao and T-mac were a bunch of scrubs.
Adelman didn't revolutionize our offense like you claimed he would
Corey Maggette isn't the savior you make him out to be
And T-mac will most likely don a Rockets Uniform again

Spew all you want, but you have been wrong in the past, and you are wrong now.

We shall see if Tmac gets traded Lou Yorker....your defense of him has been noted.

As has your typical losing control posting manner.....Next comes the personal attacks post from you after you start the personal attacks.

There's no opinion about what a poision pill contract was. You tried to b.s. your way through that.

You are never wrong. Not once in 50,000 posts.

Well perhaps you shouldn't call other people liars or imply that they are servants or others?

Maybe Tracy McGrady should have done a better job rehabbing?

LOL - there is more than one way of talking about a poison pill, one is making the contract large with stipulations in it that make it hard to trade etc.

Another is to take back a bad contract as a poison pill in a trade.....that is what I am referencing.

When we traded for Battier, we gave them a pick plus Swift......Swift was the Poison pill for them.

When we traded VSpan for Scola and we got Butler and Reed their contracts were our poison pill...

Now your definition may be more narrow, which is fine by me, but that is what I was referencing...

I take offense to you calling people a liar.....you are just trying to escalate....and basically play hard to like.
