That's funny. I've thought for years they should reduce the amount of teams that make the playoffs. Better than half of the teams in the league going to the playoffs is already dumb. He wants to make it a full two-thirds?

Agreed entirely. If you're gonna play 82 games, there's no reason to allow more teams into the playoffs than you exclude. IF you want to have a huge playoffs, then shorten the season significantly.
