    I'm afraid this was indeed a joke, my basketball junky colleagues. I apologize for not making it more obvious but I realize that some of the newer generation peoples may not recognize the reference. After all this is 2010 and not 1990 or whenever it was that the movie was released.

    If i am Morey...i am not giving Denver Aaron Brooks or Martin. I'll offer them expiring contracts and 1st round picks. Take it or leave...no need to hurry...we're not desperate for Melo because we can compete with anybody without Melo.

    We're putting Battier + Jeffries + couple 1st round picks on the table and that's it!!

    The Nuggets may as well get nothing for Melo in return since Bulls aren't offering Noah....Nets are not giving up Lopez and Clippers are not giving up on Griffin. So the best they can get is what we're giving them. Otherwise, nothing!!

    And if we don't get Melo, we have plenty of expiring contracts next year to sign as star, can't we?? And not to mention a couple #1 draft picks. So there is no need to hurry.

    how could you kick fire yoshi the edge like that? he made super mario world alot easier to play whenever you gained access to him. :mad:
