    why would they question spoelstra? He led the heat to a better record last year at this time with lesser talent.

    They should recruit Paul Westhead and run his LSU offense. It would actually work with this team.

    Lebron makes the guys around him worse. I've said that for some time and it looks more true than ever.

    He isn't a selfish guy but neither was McGrady but he also made the players around him worse. Very few players are going to be better by standing around and watching another guy create their shots (even if they are good shots). It's human nature to lose interest, intensity, rhythm and even confidence when the offense is "watch this guy and wait for him to get me a shot."
