I doubt it. Does anyone remember the story about KG in Minnesota getting into a fight at practice with one of the younger players on the team. I can't remember the details, but it was basically KG being a complete jackass and punk, for no reason.

here's the story, can't find a link for it anymore though

The Anthony Peeler deal is another example...it's not just some fans that don't like it; his current (Glen Davis, fight in Minnesota) and former (Peeler) teammates don't seem to like him, either.

Add in the fact that he Gary Payton'd his way to that NBA title, that his "Passion" on the court goes way too far, and it becomes very difficult to watch him anymore...which is sad.

The Rockets do need more "Passion", but not the KG variety...more the Kobe, James variety.

And while it is virtually impossible to argue that KG wasn't a factor int he Celtics winning the championship last year, it's also increasingly clear that AL Jefferson is one heck of a player, probably better than KG right now (or at least, on par), but considerably younger (9 years). And while not the "defensive force" that KG is, Jefferson is considerably improved in this area (2 blocks per game so far this year, excellent on the glass, etc.).

The only thing I need to know is that KG will only punk lesser players.

I'd love to see him get up on Artest's face, or Kobe's. You won't see it.

I would be happy if they called half of the illegal screens that KG sets. He'd foul out of every game by the third quarter.
