    DO they explain why? The spurs are really really old. I woulda thought the nets, with brook lopez and potentially john wall and alot of cap space and an owner who likes spending money.

    The spurs are No. 1 in terms of front office. No. 1 overall is in fact OKC. The nets are 18th due to their poor management (21st) and market (15th since they're not in Brooklyn yet).
