Will all these tweets and criticisms increase his stress? Heck, he might not be in camp on monday.

 

i dont know...but if he keeps going after members of the media, any time they mention him or mental illnesses, he's just going to drive them away from talking about him or his condition.

 

It does sound like he is saying he will not get on a plane period. Instead of it getting better, his stance seems to be hardening. Or perhaps this was his veiled stance all along

 

White brought this attention to himself by going to the media and purposely missing media day, kind of stupid thing to do. What's done is done, I just hope we can quickly forget about this, the league approves and White will stop drawing attention to himself. I understand most of it is out of his hands but it seems he really likes the attention and judging from his behaviour during college games, he will get some technicals and get some enemies quickly which isn't necessarily a bad thing if it doesn't become a distraction.

Or he might be a narcissist hiding behind "his anxiety", or he might be legitimately screwed up, or he might be trying to dodge something. I'm getting the distinct impression that the Rockets never even had this guy checked out by a shrink. Just how much homework did the Rockets do on this guy? That would be a good question for Jonathan Feigen to ask, but I won't hold my breath on that one.

And Roy Hibbert is right, someone needs to be fired over this. Let's hope Les is asking some very tough questions.
