Have any of you guys noticed the respect and recognition that the rockets have gotten on that show recently?

Skip said he sees them as 3rd most likely to win the west behind thunder n spurs. Also said harden scares him in clutch more than durant and that dwight is getting it together on offense.

If Skip likes us, that's not good news cause he's always wrong.

Yeah was about to post this.

Also why I don't want the Texans to draft Manziel.

(well, kinda like manziel, but prefer Bridgewater)

Both Skip & Screamin A are super high on Harden, and Screamin A is one of Dwight's most vocal supporters in mainstream sports media. Despite what people might think about them (Skip/SAS), it's nice to hear some positive things about the team in the mainstream.

Very positive things said about the Rox on The Starters yesterday, too.

Yes, nice in the mainstream. Those two do not live within the Mainstream IMO.

    More like lame scream...

We are looking good, chemistry is finally coming around. So of course some of the media will recognize whats going on.

Winning has its way with people.

I don't know if I like Skip stroking Harden like that. He's always a jinx.

I think a legitimate criticism they missed is his defense.

Recognition on ESPN is a sort of trailing indicator. It confirms something we all already knew to be true for a while now. I guess I'm happy for ESPN that they've finally caught up.

wow... they also took that quote from the TrueHoop spot completely out of context... I think in the next sentence Thorpe even goes on to say how this isn't necessarily a bad thing and how the ball holding numbers are also skewed because Harden tends to bring the ball up the floor a lot too (same with Lebron).

His defense has been much improved since the heat he took early in the season for it. I think Harden has been an average defender lately.

They are both idiots who follow trends and never do their own homework. They read the latest box scores and winning streaks and steal other people's opinions and scream a lot. Good or bad their opinion is meaningless.

Skip is the biggest hater of Howard and anything positive he says now is just an attempt to save face for looking ridiculous earlier in the year. I know we all like positive press but they are jokes who's opinions mean nothing one way or the other.

Got to read in between the lines here fellas...............

We all know most the mainstream media HATES Dwight for leaving LA, the mainstream media capital (along w/ NY). So instead of admit they were ALL wrong about Howard not being a leader, in which he's shown he is this year, they switch the subject to Harden lol
