    Playing in "terrible teams" doesn't making one less a decent player. Based on your logic you can argue Bruce Bowen is a better player than T-Mac because of the success (or lack thereof :( ) of their respective teams. You can also say the same for Michael Dickerson who was very much a decent player even though Rockets and Grizzles were lottery team back then.

    Having a decent scoring average doesnt make you a decent player. Mercer is one of the bigger busts the past few years, one of the least effective chuckers ever. He only had a decent scoring average because he didnt care if he won or lost.

    Hes been on some good teams he was just never good enough to retain the job. He wasnt decent
