    If JVG gets suspended, take Stern and the league to Supreme Court and demand $100 million compensation. This ought to be enough for taking any suspension Stern can impose. Also, this should be enough to make a fool out of Stern.

    Or, a couple of "friendly" phone calls from fans should be enough to scare off Stern. I don't think he would put too much of his own at stake.

    I think our objective should not be how to help JVG avoid a suspension, but HOW TO GET RID OF A$$HOLE STERN ALL TOGETHER!

    ESPN has a contract with NBA to telecast the games, so they are on the same boat; Fox Sports doesn't.

    What's really unfair about making JVG an example, and kinda ironic....is that the real target should be Mark Cuban.

    Why isn't Mark Cuban a target - because he's an owner - basically a member-state in the cartel.

    It sucks that Mark can play the game but JVG can't. Really, Les needs to excercise some power here.

    I think the point was brought up earlier that ESPN has a contract with the NBA as a whole, while Fox Sports has contracts with individual teams. This arrangement gives Fox Sports a little more breathing room to voice thoughts not 100% backed by David Stern.

    JVG is not going to say its a fiction. That's not him. Not his style. He will not publicly say he made everything up. There will be a ban, but no longer than 10 games. Because Yao is going to protect JVG. You can not underestimate Yao's power. Yao's power is of course not comparable to MJ's. But Yao has the most powerful power as a player, at least to David Stein.

    WTF? Please don't tell me he's comparing JVG to a bunch of animals who choke other people or use their body as weapons on stupid fans. GIMME A BREAK, freakin' Adrian... :mad:

    (JVG != Artest) OR (JVG!= Sprewell)

    (JVG != Animals_array("Artest","Sprewell"))

    :mad:
