Somehow I fail to believe that "those people" stated DeShawn was a 'good guy'! I believe the team on the whole has a fair share of classy individuals, from the coach to the star player to the last man on the bench.
Also, please explain how Jason Terry is "unclassy"? I'm guessing it's because he spreads his arms wide and runs down the court after making shots and not for anything off the court.

Let's not forget about Jason "The Wife Beater" Kidd.

Dirk is the only Mav off the top of my head that I have respect for. The team is made up of a couple of tools, and a scumbag.

I hate Terry because he is a Rocket killer, but I respect Terry because he is that damn good.

Ha. I guess you can say the same for a lot of NBA teams...

Tyson Chandler seems like an OK guy. Shawn Marion earned my respect in the playoffs by quietly becoming a super role player.

JJ Barea I used to hate because he seemed to only play well against the Rockets. But that little man earned my respect in the Lakers sweep. Plus, for a guy who is dating Ms. Universe, he doesn't seem like too much of an a-hole.

Oh lord, who cares. The guy just won the championship, let him celebrate. This would be an issue if he was caught driving or something, maybe doing a Dante Stallworth or Leonard Little incident.

Yeah he wouldn't have had playing time if Butler was there, but how is that his problem? Last I checked, when the Mavs needed him the most, he delivered with an inspiring performance from 3-pt land in game 6.
