    Actually, the refs handed the Mavs' championship to D Wade, just like the did the Kings' championship to the Lakers.

    As others have mentioned, there was no actual offer.

    And to be fair, he can't say 'yeah I'd trade Dirk in a second' and damage his relationship with Dirk. He might be thinking it, but that's something you just can't say.

    The glaring omission: Dirk's 67 win level of supporting talent that got ripped a new one by an 8th seed.
