could be that she's talking about the technical director missing her cue to cut to studio.

"get off the field" - switch cameras to studio...
"come on" - why hasn't the TD switched to studio after her cue...

it'd also explain why her mic is still live... but it doesn't change that she's butch.

Just on the female sportscaster thing....they did a study a few years ago about female sports commentators in Australia. You know who they got the biggest negative reaction from towards them? Female viewers.

I still don't believe that the NBA should have women refs. Violet Palmer is not nor has not ever been ready to call a single game.

Off topic, but it relates somewhat to "roles" in sports.

Only role in sports that women should have, is cooking my chicken tenders at the concession stands when I go to the games. ;)

Yeah that is what I thought when watching. I did not think she was talking about the player that was hurt.

I watched the game. Her comments did not make it on the air. They did cut to the studio when they were supposed to.

I dunno, they seemed to coincide with what was going on with the player. (he sits up, but stays down a few more seconds : "Oh come on.")

And she said "Get him off the field please." Pretty sure she was talking about the player.
