Where was Tmac in the first 30games? Tmac been totally hated and love and back and forth in the first 30 games. The guy gave up on his team. Wouldn't trust his teammates and the coaching. Not until he can back from the injury that he finally trusting his teammates and follow the blueprint of a winning team.

Tmac only have been playing without Yao for only 9 games now. He's an ultimate team player. I'm not taking anything away from Tmac. He's just not in my top 5.

    Here's my top 5:
    Chris Paul
    Lebron James
    Kobe Bryant
    Dwight Howard
    Chris Bosh

It's this a joke? Not in the top 5 you have to be high or something. Theres only one other player that can do better for this team than T-Mac without Yao in the line-up and thats Lebron and thats a maybe.

So what you're saying is he struggled a bit at first to adjust, was somewhat injured and has been forced to play without maybe the most important member of the team for 10 games....

...AND we are still on a 22 game win streak and 1st in the most competitive Western Conference in the history of the league.

Oh, I forgot to mention, all this on a team with Rafer Alston as its 3rd best player.

Yeah, Dwight Howard and Chris Bosh (are you serious, really??) should be in the top 5....right...

But, why do they wait and announce winners in the 2nd round?

I might be wrong, but I always thought the voting starts at the end of a regular season, and it would take some days.

Give it up and stop being such a Homie. Why don't you create your own little list have have Tmac as #1.

Maybe you should do your little research about Chris Bosh and Dwight Howard before rolling that eyes.

hashmander, I just checked and found you are right! :D

Voting deadline: 3 p.m. on the day after the close of the regular season.

In this case, I think Tmac has very small chance to be MVP this season. If he and the rockets can pass the 1st round this year and play great next season, he might win MVP next season.

Yeah, tmac has never trusted his teammates. His teammates, RA, and JVG always talk about how selfish he is. When he gets doubled he always tries to score instead of finding the open man. He always gives up on his team. Whenever he goes to the playoffs he never takes his game to another level, he's one of the worst playoff performers ever. When he came back from his injury, Yao Ming began teaching him how to be a team player. Even now Yao is pulling his strings, thats the only reason he is any good. Yao's better than tmac on one leg.

Obviously Chris Bosh and Dwight Howard's teams are doing much better than us. And they are doing it with a much worse supporting cast. Rafer Alston is way better than Ford and Calderon. We have much better 3 point shooters than the Magic. Besides their in a much tougher conference.
