It's alright, let Amare be classless and laugh at Yao, because I'm being classless by laughing at Amare now.

Jon Barry completely faked out AI 2 seasons ago, made him fall down, and sank a 3 pointer. It was part of R2K's highlights of that game.

you never know what can happen

Despite Stoudemire getting ROY over Yao Ming, I still feeling sympathy for him and for the Phoenix Suns for giving him such a huge contract. At least he got what he was supposed to be worth. Even as a Rockets fan, I wish he would return to 100% this season.

Wasn't that Lucious Harris? Let me see if I've got this right...

Left baseline/wing area, Jon made a hard jab step forward and the defender started backpedalling and lost his balance while Jon rocked back and sank the 3...

am I thinking of the same instance, because that wasn't AI.

There are very few players who I want to fail, and Amare is one of them. I'm so glad that he sucks now. He was overrated to begin with. Too bad an injury caused his downfall, not something dumb like drugs, because now we get to hear all the time "what could have been."

Amare sucks. I hope Yao Ming schools him like a chicken wing each time they play against each other. Yao will PWN Amare so bad, Amare will require surgery again!

    **** Amare!

He did it to the Cavs and Sixers. They were two different games. That Cavs game had so many great highlights I kept the file on my hard drive until just recently.

I thought the fake in Philly was on AI. Maybe not.

The Suns said they knew of the impending surgery prior to the contract signing.

    Which makes them pretty dumb.

That dude was destined to have a short career. When you jump as high as you can every time you touch the ball...you have to expect your knees to give out at some point.

Dont really feel sorry for the guy. I'd take that money and not have to do crap for the rest of my life. Afterall, it was those knees that gave him that contract in the first place. He's fortunate.

I said it when I heard about his microsurgery: this guy is Ralph Sampson, jr., tons of upside ruined by his knees. As far as his attitude: maybe it's karma, but on the other hand, he is filthy rich now, too.

did he not have any other options than microfracture surgery at that time? he must have known he'd probably never come back the same after surgery and still went with it. what kind of injury was it?

So from your personal experience, are his knees ruined for life then? Can he recover?
